Lindsay Lohan is out on bail, but her troubles are far from over.

The actress was hauled into a Los Angeles County jail on Friday after a judge found her in violation of her probation for a previous drunk-driving offense. She spent nearly five hours in custody after $75,000 bail was posted, L.A. Now reports.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that Lohan had violated her probation when she failed to return a $2,500 necklace to a Venice jewelry store. Sautner noted that even if the necklace was taken accidentally, Lohan didn't attempt to return it until after she heard about a police search warrant.

As punishment for the parole violation, Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service at a downtown women's center and the Los Angeles County morgue. The actress has said she will appeal the sentence.
